Eating Vegetables Helps Your Brain
If your mother told you when you were a kid that you should be eating more
vegetables, then she was right.
According to a study by Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, green,
leafy vegetables, such as lettuce and spinach, can keep your brain active
as you get older.
The study found that those people who ate vegetables three times a day were
able to think better when they became senior citizens or people over 65 years of age.
