Exercising Can Help Your Brain Grow
Exercise can help stimulate the growth of new brain cells, new research has demonstrated.
Astrid Bjornebekk, a researcher at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, said the finding helps explain how exercise can help stop depression.
She also said that the results of the study explain the increase of new cells in the part of the brain used for memory and learning.
