Spiders Make an Enormous Web

Texans often say that everything is bigger in Texas. This may be true for Texas spiders as well.

Millions of spiders working together at Texas' Lake Tawakoni State Park have formed a web that is 180 meters long.

According to entomologists, the people who study insects, it is very unusual for spiders to work together on such a large web.

"From what I'm hearing it could be a once-in-a-lifetime event," one entomologist said.
