China Is Sending 'Friendship Ambassadors' To Spain

Two Chinese pandas are starting their journey to a zoo in Spain.

The two pandas will be on loan to the Madrid Zoo for ten years.

The male panda, whose name means Ice Star in Chinese, is seven years old. The female is four. Her name means Flowery Mouth in Chinese.

China is also planning to send two pandas to Australia.

There are only 1,600 pandas in the world.
