A new phone service will allow people to make calls through the Internet for free.

There is one catch, however: the company behind the service will place advertisements on the screen.

The service will use software to listen to what people are saying during a conversation.

If two people are talking about a restaurant, for example, then advertisements for food will appear on the computer.
