Hybrid Cars Are Dangerous for Blind People

While hybrid cars are better for the environment than regular cars, they pose a danger to blind people.

Since hybrid cars make very little noise, a blind person cannot hear them coming when they want to cross a street.

Hybrid cars run on gas and electricity. When they are moving slowly they use only electricity.
