A Driver Hit a Train While Text Messaging

Hopefully, Robert Gillespie now realizes the dangers of driving and writing text messages at the same time.

Early on Tuesday morning, the 38-year-old man from the American state of Oregon hit a train while trying to send an SMS message from behind the wheel of his car.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and charged by police with careless driving. Fortunately, nobody was seriously hurt in the accident.
