The European Blue Card

The European Commission has introduced a new plan to bring skilled foreign workers into EU countries.

Similar to the Green Card in the United States, the aim of the Blue Card is to reduce the immigration problems for skilled workers outside of the European Union.

Those who receive a Blue Card will also be able to move to other countries in the EU if they find work there.
