More Sleep, Less Fat

Children who don't get enough sleep tend to be fatter, a new study has found.

Researchers at the University of Michigan studied a group of 11-year-old children.

Those kids who slept less than eight hours a day were more likely to be overweight.

On the other hand, the children who slept longer were slimmer.
