A man has died after a tragic mistake in a Tanzanian hospital, according to a report on the BBC.

The man, who was scheduled to have brain surgery, had an operation on his knee instead. The brain surgery was performed two weeks later, but the man died shortly after it.

Another man, who went to the hospital for a knee operation, had surgery done on his brain. He is now recovering, but he still cannot move the right side of his body.
