Survivors Told Titanic Jokes

Passengers of a cruise ship which sank this week off Antarctica found a way to amuse themselves before rescuers arrived.

They told jokes about the Titanic, the famous ship which sank in the Atlantic Ocean in 1912.

"It's the most bizarre thing that people should tell Titanic jokes," one passenger said.

The passengers waited in freezing temperatures in lifeboats for a couple of hours before a Norwegian cruise ship rescued them.
