Gunman Wanted Fame

A teenager who killed eight people at an American shopping mall on Wednesday wanted to be famous.

Robert Hawkins walked into a busy department store filled with Christmas shoppers and started shooting at them. He then shot himself.

In a suicide note which he left at the house where he lived, he wrote that he loved his family and that he wanted people to know his name.
