Putin Is the 'Person of The Year'

Time magazine has named Russian President Vladimir Putin its "Person of the Year".

Time said it chose Putin because he brought Russia "back to the table of world power".

Past winners include Bill Gates, George W. Bush and Pope John Paul II.
