Paris Hilton will receive a lot less money from her grandfather than she expected.

Barron Hilton, whose father started the Hilton hotel chain, will donate 97 percent of his $2.3 billion wealth to charity. The rest will go to his family.

He has eight children and 23 grandchildren. Thus, instead of receiving the $100 million she had expected, Paris will get $5 million after taxes.
