Winter is the season when people tend to suffer from colds and influenza.

Nevertheless, there are some things a person can do to make his or her immune system stronger.

A person should eat lots of fruits and vegetables, garlic, and home-made chicken or vegetable soup.

Other good ways to avoid being sick are to get enough sleep every night, to exercise, and to wash your hands frequently.
