The unexpected death of Heath Ledger has shocked the entertainment world.

The Australian actor was found dead in a New York City apartment yesterday. A bottle of sleeping pills was found near his body.

Ledger, who was one of the most talented movie actors, starred in "Brokeback Mountain", "The Patriot" and "A Knight's Tale".

He was 28 years old.
