French Trader Is a Cyberspace Celebrity

Jerome Kerviel, the man at the center of a French trading scandal, has become an Internet star.

Kerviel, a trader at the French bank Societe General, lost billions of dollars in trades.

However, many people believe he did not act alone and is being blamed by his bosses for problems at the bank.

There is now a Jerome Kerviel Fan Club on the popular American site Facebook.
