Bhutan Will Have Its First Election on Monday

The tiny Himalayan country of Bhutan will change from a kingdom to a democracy on Monday.
The Bhutanese king said that every person in the country must vote.
The Buddhist country, located between China and India, has been closed off from most of the world throughout its history.
The first televisions arrived in Bhutan in 1999; there are no traffic lights; cigarette sales are banned; and very few foreigners are allowed into the country.
