Should You Be Drinking So Much Water?

Two doctors at the University of Pennsylvania have found that drinking lots of water will not improve your health.
In recent years, Americans have been told that drinking eight glasses of water a day is healthy.
However, the scientists discovered that - although people need to drink some water each day -- high water
consumption
will not improve the health of the average person.
Drinking lots of water is
recommended
, though, for athletes, people who live in warm climates and those who suffer from certain diseases.
