Halong Bay is a UNESCO world heritage site that is situated on the northeast coast of Vietnam.

There are thousands of small limestone islands, cliffs and other spectacular sights located in this 1,553 sq. km area.

Halong Bay is often called one of the wonders of the world.

Halong, when translated into English, means "descending dragon".
