China’s Tallest Building

China’s tallest building is almost ready.
The 101-floor skyscraper, which is located in Shanghai, was built by the Japanese company Mori.
It will be called the Shanghai World Financial Center.
The building will include hotel rooms and offices. Also, it will have the world’s highest observation deck.

But I got to know that this skyscraper is now sunk into economic mud,because a great deal of the offices and hotel rooms are empty and are left unused.One of the most important reason is that the rent fee is too high and the administrators of the financial center do not wanna change or make a concession.
