Cod Liver Oil May Stop Depression

A person who takes cod liver oil each day is less likely to be depressed, a study in Norway has found.

A team of Norwegian scientists looked at more than 22,000 people.

Those people who took a spoonful of cod liver oil every day did not suffer as much from depression.

Cod liver oil has lots of omega-3 fatty acids, which also help fight heart disease and cancer.

    This is a nutritional supplement, like a pill or vitamin, which comes from the liver of the cod fish. It used to be given to children in previous generations because it had a lot of vitamin D.

  3. Cod liver oil might have more effection on old people.It is a great help to postpone one’s senium.Older people who have been suffering from heart diseases and high blood presure should take more cod liver oil regularly.
