Cod Liver Oil May Stop Depression
A person who takes cod liver oil each day is less likely to be depressed, a study in Norway has found.
A team of Norwegian scientists looked at more than 22,000 people.
Those people who took a spoonful of cod liver oil every day did not suffer as much from depression.
Cod liver oil has lots of omega-3 fatty acids, which also help fight heart disease and cancer.
