Black tea is also very healthy. Here is some information on how to drink green tea. http://www.wikihow.com/Drink-Green-Tea-Properly
Hi.
I’m Japanese, and I love green tea.
I found that green tea in other countries tastes different.
You’ll like it when you drink it in Japan.
Guys, green tea helps you reduce acidity and constipation. you only have to develop a taste for it.
Yes,I do believe it’s much better to drink green tea than other drinks with sugar or alcohol, especially to the aged people. And you needn’t worry about your weight when you are used to drinking green tea instead of coffee.
Green tea contains more nicotine than coffee, it can keep one’s spirit up, but once you drink green tea every day for a certain period, you will become used to it, and a lapse of one day without drinking may make your head ache, I speak from my personal experience. In addition, green tea is a natural diuretic, it can cause an increase of urine flowing, so green tea is not fit for everyone especially senior citizen.
I love green tea, too. Because I used to study in Japan and I am used to drinking it everyday in the afternoon.
