How to Patch Your Trousers

Listen here

A small hole or tear in your jeans does not mean you must trash them.

A patch can give them a new life and help you save some money, too.

All you need is a scrap of fabric or fusible patch, which you can buy from a haberdashery, to cover the hole, needle, thread and scissors.

There are plenty of different ways to make a patch and probably people will be able to see it, so why not make a feature of visible mending.

to trash: to throw away.

patch: a piece of cloth to mend a torn point.
