Recipe: Orange Carrots

Ingredients:

2 cups diced carrots
1 orange
1 T butter
2 T orange marmalade

Put juice and zest from one orange in sauce pan.
Add carrots and water to cover and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer until just tender.
Drain thoroughly and add butter and marmalade.
Mix until butter and marmalade are melted and well mixed.
