Recipes: Latkes (Potato Pancakes)
2 pounds of potatoes
1 medium to large onion
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
Grate the potatoes and the onion. Beat the eggs and mix them in with the potatoes and onion. Add the flour, salt and pepper. Let it stand for a few minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Form the potato mixture into thin pancakes and cook until both sides are brown. Serve with sour cream.
