Last week, through the wonder of technology, Simple English News visited Mrs. Pinterova’s eighth and ninth grade English classes in Sliac, Slovakia via a Skype connection.
Simple English News speaks with students in Sliac, Slovakia
The students spoke to us about life in their town, about their hobbies, and about their future plans.
We were very impressed with the ability of the students we met to communicate in English.
Students spoke with Simple English news and took quizzes in English as part of the educational event.
Our visit was part of an educational event called “A Region in Europe”, which was arranged by Robert Borbely of the Sliac Cultural Center.
