Whatever Happened to ‘The Clinton Avenue Five’?

On August 20, 1978, five teenagers were playing basketball in Newark, New Jersey.

After their game, witnesses saw them getting on a pickup truck on Newark’s Clinton Avenue, according to wnbc.com.

They have not been seen again.

The five teenagers have become known as “The Clinton Avenue Five”.

Thirty years later, detectives are still trying to find out what happened to them.
