Women Golfers Must Speak English

If you are a woman who wants to make a lot of money playing golf, then you should learn English.
The LPGA, the Ladies Professional Golf Association, has ruled that its players must be proficient in English.
A player must be able to pass a spoken English test after two years. If she fails, she will pay a fine or not be allowed to play.
