Unusual Place Names

There are many places in the United Kingdom which have odd names.

For example, there are towns named Dull, Idle and Nasty. (Dull means boring, idle means lazy, and nasty means unfriendly.)

Other interesting British town names include Frenchbeer, Hole in the Wall and Ugley.
