Mexico Is Angry At Border Fence

The government of Mexico is upset with an American plan to build a fence along the border of the two countries.

The United States plans to build 1,160 kilometers of fences on the border to stop people entering the country illegally.

"The world is open in new ways. We are building fences instead of bridges," Mexican President Felipe Calderon said.
