A Woman Paid For Her Neighbor's Water

Jean Shaw from England recently discovered that she had been paying her neighbor's water bills for the past 16 years.

According to a report in The Daily Mail, the water company had made a billing error.

Shaw, a mother of two, realized that her bills had increased considerably after a large family moved in next door this year.

For years she had been trying to cut down on her water use by having her children share baths and only washing clothes once a week.
