Standing Up Is Important
Scientists at the University of Missouri have found that people should stand up more if
they wish to keep off the extra kilograms.
If a person sits down after exercise, his or her body does not burn fat like it would if
he or she were standing.
Because of television, video games and computers, people spend more of their day seated
than they did in previous generations.
